Retention: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order, then deleted or kept only where the law requires.

Data: your email, language, the page where you subscribed, and the dates of your consent, confirmation and any unsubscribe.

Purpose: to send news about new objects, candle releases, music and studio notes.

Legal basis: your consent, confirmed by email (double opt-in). You can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

Retention: until you unsubscribe. We then keep a minimal record of your email and unsubscribe date only to respect your choice.

Data: as for the newsletter, plus the object you are waiting for.

We use the hosting platform's essential, privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits. It does not use advertising cookies and is not used to identify you or build a profile.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and understanding overall use. Fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.

Our website, database and email delivery run on Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers, acting only on our instructions. Spotify and Instagram links lead to their own services under their own policies. We never sell your personal data.
