Enquiries
Every request is made by email or through the Contact form. Sending an enquiry does not create an order.
Confirmation
Availability, final price, shipping cost, delivery timing and payment method are confirmed individually in writing. An order is accepted only once you have received and agreed to that written confirmation.
Payment
Payment may be arranged by bank transfer, secure payment link or PayPal. Details are shared privately with each confirmed order and are never published on this site.
Cancellation and returns
The applicable cancellation, withdrawal and return information is communicated to you in writing before your order is confirmed.
